Challenge: Deploying a mezzanine with a metallic structure with a length of 300 m2 while the right foot area that was being extended to 4.15 m, as we need not paralyze the company's services. The project booted from foundations and excavation to create the shoes.
Description: The project to extend the mezzanine was because the need for expansion of the administrative area, adding a meeting room overlooking the courtyard chart, giving a wider visibility for the company's customers.
The existing structure was pre-shaped with an area of 300 m2 and the unification of the structures had to be cut and the withdrawal of an inverted beam of 20 ml per 1 m in height and structural improvements with the installation of 02 pillars of the foundation laid by mega. All shoes were performed between the machines through the foundation pile with the graphical operation. Through the new structure all the administrative area was planned in a single slab allowing greater integration between the operational areas.
The mezzanine received as metallic finish on the floor Porcelanatto Eliane, closing Esquadrimar aluminum frames and tempered glass, stained glass ANDRES. All the rooms of the Board were implemented in Dry wall panels with wood frames with double glazing and internal blinds. Sills marble crema marfil with details in brown coffee. The meeting room received a table with the logo carved in marble with water jet and reception than did a mosaic of glass. The end result was a balanced and modern environment.
